The workflow

LumaTake brings one-click posting to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Prepare the post and choose the connected destination, then publish. Scheduling, captions, comments, and inbox tools help you handle the work around the video too.

Connect the accounts where your audience already is

Social publishing destinations
PlatformPublishing workflow
YouTubeUpload videos with titles, visibility, thumbnails, playlists, and captions. Choose immediate or scheduled publication.
FacebookPublish to connected Pages with supported video, Reel, photo, text, and link formats. Schedule eligible posts.
InstagramPublish Reels, images, and carousels to eligible professional accounts and schedule posts.
LinkedInPublish video and text to your profile or eligible Pages, with scheduling for planned releases.
TikTokPublish through Direct Post or send a draft to finish in TikTok, subject to your account’s available options.

Your LumaTake account and each platform connection have separate roles. Choose the intended channel, profile, or Page before posting. Platform account eligibility and supported formats still apply.

Keep the final publishing step next to the edit

A finished recording already has a subject, a composition, and an intended audience. LumaTake keeps the publishing handoff close to that work. Open publishing from an exported video or the recording library, prepare the post, and send it without manually opening another upload page.

One-click posting is the final action after you review the destination and post details. You stay in control of what is sent. For a short update, a prepared video and a clear description can be enough; a tutorial may also need a thumbnail, playlist, and subtitle file.

Prepare a release instead of waiting beside an upload window

Schedule supported YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn posts for the intended release. Check the account, date, time zone, and final content before confirming. TikTok Direct Post and draft handoff are separate choices; do not assume every platform uses the same scheduling controls.

For YouTube, LumaTake includes upload progress, resumable retry, and processing checks. Uploads continue when you close the publishing panel while the app remains open. The YouTube queue is tied to the app session, so keep LumaTake running while it transfers the file.

Keep the conversation connected to the work

Reply to comments on recent YouTube publishes, handle comments on connected Facebook and Instagram posts, and respond to LinkedIn Page comments. Facebook Messenger and Instagram inbox tools bring supported conversations into the publishing workflow.

Replies are written or approved and sent by you. Platform permissions and reply windows determine which actions are available. LinkedIn messaging is separate from Page comments and is not included.

One source recording can become several useful posts

Keep the wide tutorial for viewers who need the full interface. Make a focused vertical cut for a short-form feed, and write a professional update around the result for LinkedIn. The vertical composition guide helps protect readable text and captions.

Use the publishing workflow guide to plan the handoff. Direct posting removes upload steps; you still choose the version and message that make sense for each audience.

Questions about this workflow

Which platforms can I publish to from LumaTake?

YouTube, Facebook Pages, eligible Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn profiles and Pages, and TikTok. Available formats and actions depend on the connected account and platform.

Can I schedule posts?

Yes. LumaTake provides scheduling for supported YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn posts. Check the destination and time zone before confirming.

Does one-click publishing mean posts go out automatically?

You choose the destination, prepare the details, and approve the publishing action or schedule. One-click describes the final handoff, not posting without your control.

Can I still keep the local file?

Yes. Publishing a finished video does not replace the local recording or editable project. Keep those for revisions and other deliverables.
