Bring your screen, cameras, mic, and system audio into the control room. Review the outgoing picture and destination readiness before you start.
Send one program to up to four compatible destinations and keep a local recording. Platform account eligibility and external live controls apply. Explore the live destinations.
Prepare your destinations, review their status, and explicitly start the broadcast. YouTube uses a connected channel; Instagram Live Producer and custom RTMPS use session stream details. Connect eligible Facebook Pages and Twitch accounts, or use the other supported stream-key destinations.
Watch the program preview, audio meters, and destination health. Read and moderate supported YouTube and Twitch chat in the creator view, separate from the outgoing video.
Use a fresh URL and key from Instagram Live Producer for each session. Start and end the broadcast in Instagram as well as LumaTake. Custom RTMPS destinations also use credentials for the current session.
Every live session records locally. Stopping or losing one destination leaves the local recording running, ready to caption, reframe, and turn into another video.

Edit the words, polish your sound, and choose the look. Keep the whole recording in one project.
Correct the transcript, emphasize a word, and choose the typography and animation that fit your video. Import or export SRT and VTT captions, or burn the finished treatment into your video.
Remove filler words, trim long pauses, and reduce background noise. Adjust voice isolation, EQ, compression, and music ducking on your Mac.
Make the cursor easy to follow with smoothing, click highlights, and motion blur. Adjust the look in the editor, then carry the same treatment into your export.
Start with a color preset, adjust exposure, contrast, saturation, and warmth, or bring your own .cube LUT. Refine the look while watching your composition in the preview.

Local-first privacy
A LumaTake account is required. Continue with Apple or Google in the app to create your account or sign in. Account services manage your identity and subscription; your recordings, projects, and exports are saved locally.

Your LumaTake account connects your sign-in, devices, and subscription status. Apple handles the App Store purchase. Restore with the LumaTake account linked to the subscription and the Apple Account that bought it.
Recordings and exports are ordinary local files. Deleting your LumaTake account leaves those files on your Mac and does not cancel your Apple subscription. Get help with account and subscription settings.

Yes. Continue with Apple or Google in the app. Your first sign-in creates your LumaTake account; there is no separate password to set. Your Apple Account for App Store billing can be different from the provider you use to sign in.
LumaTake requires macOS 26 or later on a compatible Mac. Camera options and on-device speech features depend on hardware and supported languages.
The Mac App Store release is coming soon. Request private beta access to help test it. At launch, LumaTake Pro uses one subscription with weekly, monthly, or yearly billing through Apple. Compare billing options.
